Ross is the director for Kantar’s grocery Retail Insights team. With over 20 years of CPG experience, Ross joins Kantar with a wealth of experience and vast knowledge of the US retail landscape. His thought leadership and strategic mindset have been instrumental in delivering best-in-class insights for internal and external stakeholders. Since 2007, Ross has resided in Northwest Arkansas where he held various category, shopper, and retail operations roles for two large CPG companies primarily focused on Walmart and Sam’s Club. More recently, Ross was the director of insights and analytics where he consulted and delivered actionable insights to Walmart and Sam’s Club CPG suppliers. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University.
