Paida leads the Retail Insights team outside of North America. By providing omnichannel thought leadership, she focuses on mapping out both short- and long-term implications for retail manufacturers and/or suppliers, helping them to identify growth opportunities in retail and providing direction on where and how to place bets for future success. This also helps clients prioritize their investments across channels and retailers. Before joining Kantar, Paida worked for a global FMCG manufacturer, heading strategy, planning, and insights for the global travel retail business. She has also worked in global and regional consulting roles covering consumer, shopper, and retail across a broad range of FMCG categories. She brings to the team a big data and statistics background, which is critical in delivering concrete insights. Paida holds an MSc in strategic information systems and business from the University of Bath.
