He is responsible for ensuring Kantar's team of experts produces timely, actionable, and best-in-class retailer-focused content, event presentations, and client engagements. With a specialist focus in omnichannel and ecommerce, Malcolm helps clients validate or form their ecommerce and digital strategies. He has worked with some of the world’s leading consumer goods manufacturers to achieve profitable growth through new and existing channels. Malcolm holds a BSc in industrial systems and business management from the University of Westminster.
