Jennifer James

Jennifer is Executive Vice President, head of Global MONITOR. In this role, she is the conceptual leader and project director for Kantar’s premier global insights and trends resource, exploring critical areas of consumer change in 25+ markets around the world. Jennifer has been a frequent presenter and advisor on topics such as global values, trends and generations.

Before joining Kantar, Jennifer was Vice President at GfK Custom Research. At GfK, she was the lead consultant to numerous Fortune 500 clients who subscribed to GfK’s global consumer trends service, GfK Consumer Life.

Jennifer has a MBA in International Business Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management and holds a B.S. in International Business and General Business from Oklahoma State University.
