Erica is an associate research manager on Kantar’s Shopper Insights team, where she supports shopper insights research and content development. She is passionate about researching shopper behavior and analyzing data to create insights that drive strategic business decisions. Erica previously worked on Kantar’s Category Insights team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in digital media trends and analytics from Penn State University.
