Melissa leads Kantar’s Perfect Category Advisory team for the EMEA and APAC region. She is responsible for ensuring Kantar's team of experts produces timely, actionable, and best-in-class retailer-focused category management analysis through the use of predictive analytics and category management advisory projects. Melissa helps clients scale category management processes and integrate category strategies with retailer strategies to achieve the triple win and drive best in class execution. She has worked with some of the world’s leading consumer goods manufacturers to achieve profitable growth through new and existing channels. Melissa holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Grocery and Industry Management, BA(Hons) in Business management and an MBA in Technology Management.
